About the Financial Academy:

It is a Saudi public academy established in partnership with the Saudi Central Bank and is one of the initiatives to develop the financial sector of Vision 2030, which aims to develop financial sector institutions by providing workers in the financial sector from beginners, fresh graduates, and experienced people with professional training and professional certificates that will contribute to the development of their expertise and skills.


About Jadarat:

The academy provides a unified framework called 'Jadarat'. This framework aims to develop workers in the financial sector by defining the skills required to perform job roles at various levels and enhance the education environment and training in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by providing training programs, tests, and professional qualifications.

Framework structure: 

The market is categorized into four sectors: banking, securities, insurance, finance, each representing the main areas of financial operations. In turn, functional families consist of groups of roles categorized according to common knowledge and required skills. Job roles express the stereotypical roles that exist in each functional family.

UrAdvisor:

It is a valuable tool for the personal and professional development of users in the financial sector. It contributes to planning professional advancement, as it allows them to compare their personal competencies with the unified framework of competencies, in addition to providing them with a career development plan supported by a group of training programs, with the aim of helping to determine the options available for professional moves and developing professional development plans. Designed for all users.


Professional certificates:

The Foundation Risk Management Qualification in Financial Services aims to enhance workforce efficiency in banking, insurance, and investment sectors, targeting operations, risk, and compliance employees. The Certified Investor Relations Officer Certificate provides credibility and expertise for investor relations roles, crucial for advising companies and financial institutions. Meanwhile, the Compliance Foundations Professional Certificate equips new compliance personnel with essential knowledge and skills across financial sub-sectors, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.

  • iFsah Professional Exam - Saudi Stock Exchange

The mandatory test conducted by the Saudi Exchange aims to add value to issuers and investors by improving the quality of disclosure according to listing rules and relevant regulations, company announcements, and instructions for publishing investment fund information. It aims to achieve the highest standards of transparency and improve the skill level required of disclosure employees.
