2017 future investment initiative

The Public Investment Fund launched a future investment initiative in 2017.

It is an annual world-class economic event that brings people together to invest in promising solutions, based in the capital Riyadh, under the management of the Public Investment Fund. This initiative has been transformed into an effective institution influencing global investment orientations in various economic sectors and promoting the Fund's global and regional presence with a vision that seeks to bring together the smarter minds and promising solutions for the service of humanity.

The first edition was launched on 24-26 October 2017 and is held annually. It focuses mainly on providing a platform for substantive dialogue led by more than 170 speakers from more than 20 countries, to examine current long-term global investment trends in more than 10 sectors and economic activities

(education, manufacturing, services, entertainment, IT, space, finance, private equity, transport, etc.),

The Investment Future Initiative aims to nurture and empower ideas that solve the most pressing societal problems and

seek to discover opportunities for sustainable long-term returns with a positive and lasting impact.
